How to Measure Heart Rate

To start measuring your heart rate, place your finger on the camera lens.
Ensure that your fingers aren't cold.
Make sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flashlight.
Gently press. Pressing too hard may make it more difficult to obtain an accurate result.
