Health Kit Integration

Save your heart rate measurements, blood pressure measurements, and water intake to the Apple Health app. Simply go to the 'Settings' section and enable the Health App.

How to Measure Heart Rate

1. To start measuring your heart rate, place your finger on the camera lens.
2. Ensure that your fingers aren't cold.
3. Make sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flashlight.
4. Gently press. Pressing too hard may make it more difficult to obtain an accurate result.
